Camosun College
It is a public college located in Victoria, in the province of British Columbia, Canada. It was founded in 1971 and has two main campuses (Lansdowne and Interurban), has a very inclusive approach: it welcomes international students from more than 80 countries and also gives space to local indigenous communities.

Cambridge (C1 Advanced), for example, score 174 for some programs. -
Duolingo English Test (DET): 105 for diploma/certificate programs; for some post-degree programs the requirement goes up.

Pathway (ESL): Camosun also accepts ESL pathway partner certificates recognized by Camosun.
In addition, Camosun offers its own English Language Development (ELD) program (e.g. ELD 092/094 or ELD 097) which, when completed to a good level, can fulfill the entrance requirement for some academic programs.
