General requirements

For most programs

Applicants should apply via ontariocolleges.ca for diplomas/certificates.

Academic transcript (high school equivalent) to evaluate eligibility.

In some cases there are specific prerequisite courses (e.g., chemistry, biology, mathematics) depending on the program.

For certain graduate certificate programs, a previous university degree may be required, depending on the program.

International applicants must send original documents or certified copies to the international department.

Language requirements

Demonstrate English proficiency through various tests or options:

IELTS Academic: minimum 6.0 overall for many majors.
TOEFL iBT: minimum 70 for some programs.
PTEAcademic: minimum 53.
CAEL: minimum score of 60.
CELPIP: CLB 7.
Alternative option: complete the Lambton English placement test (Lambton Institute of English) with a score of 70.
They also agree to have completed an English pathway program at a recognized and allied institution.
Note: for certain programs (such as Pharmacy Technician) require a minimum of IELTS 6.5 with minimum bands.
Pathway Advanced level completed with Planeta Immiland Education and internal test of the institution.
