Cancellation prior to the beginning of the course
In case the student decides not to start the course after having formalized his/her registration and made the payment corresponding to the first installment, we inform that this amount will not be reimbursed.
Withdrawal from the course once it has begun
If the student chooses to withdraw from the course once the training has begun, he/she must formally notify his/her decision before the date scheduled for the collection of the next installment. If the fee has been processed, no refund will be made.
Application of amounts as credit
Non-refundable fees collected may be applied, at the student's request, as a credit for the acquisition of other services offered by the institution, within a determined term. This credit must be used within six (6) months after the date of collection.

1- Registro:
El registro a las clases de inglés puede ser realizado directo por el estudiante de manera online o con la ayuda del team de agentes de Planeta Immiland education.

2- Costos de cursos:
Los costos reflejados en el sitio web están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso.

3. Termino de pago:
Para confirmar la admisión y asegurar un puesto dentro de las clases de idiomas es requerido que el estudiante realice el pago íntegro del nivel o niveles a tomar directamente en nuestra Plataforma. El medio de pago requerido será tarjeta de crédito o tarjeta débito que permita compras online.
Dependiendo de la situación particular de cada estudiante Planeta Immiland determinará si puede aceptar un medio de pago diferente al indicado en el párrafo anterior.

4. Política de cancelación:
– Más de 30 días antes de la fecha de inicio de clases: 100% de reembolso
– Entre 29 días a 20 días antes del inicio de clases: 75% de reembolso
– Entre 19 días a 10 días antes del inicio de clases: 50% de reembolso
Entre 9 dias a 5 días días antes del inicio de clases: 25% de reembolso

Si por razones de fuerza mayor el estudiante no puede comenzar el curso por el que ha pagado, el estudiante debe justificar este hecho y la academia se reservará el derecho de reconocer un crédito a nombre del estudiante para que pueda posponer su inicio de clases.
Si una vez comenzado el programa el estudiante debe abandonarlo perderá el resto del nivel que deba abandonar. Si el estudiante pagó por más de un nivel, entonces se le concedería un crédito por el resto de meses que no hayan sido estudiados.

5. Resultados:
Planeta Immiland no se compromete en ningún grado a garantizar resultados en ningún estudiante. Cada estudiante es responsable de su propio proceso de aprendizaje. Planeta Immiland se compromete a proveer todos los recursos y medios necesarios para lograr el objetivo deseado pero depende del estudiante de conseguir el nivel deseado.

6. Fechas de inicio de clases:
Planeta Immiland reserva el derecho de cambiar fechas de inicio de clases dependiendo del nivel de estudiantes registrados para cada inicio de clases. Planeta Immiland informará con tiempo a los estudiantes.

7. Nivel del estudiante:
Como resultado del “placement test” Planeta Immiland situara al estudiante en el nivel considerado como el adecuado para el estudiante. Si una vez comenzadas las clases el estudiante determina que el nivel es muy bajo o alto para su nivel propio, entonces el estudiante tiene un periodo de 5 días hábiles para comunicarle a su profesor que desea ser cambiado de nivel. Si los 5 días hábiles pasan el estudiante perderá el derecho de solicitar el cambio de nivel y deberá completar el nivel en el que fue situado.

8. Certificado de terminación del curso:
El estudiante entiende que el certificado de terminación del curso no suplirá en ningún momento un resultado oficial de un examen de idiomas como el IELTS / CELPIP / CAEL / TOEFL etc.

El estudiante entiende que el programa es aceptado como pathway del idioma únicamente con las instituciones con las que Planeta Immiland Education tenga convenio - Ver convenios.

9. Material de apoyo:
El material de apoyo para las clases ha sido desarrollado por el equipo de Planeta Immiland y queda terminantemente prohibido su reproducción y distribución con fines comerciales.

10. Clases perdidas:
Si el estudiante pierde clases de su programa. El estudiante tendrá acceso a la grabación de la clase perdida pero no podrá solicitar al profesor que cubra puntos tocados en la clase perdida ya que retrasara a los demás estudiantes de la clase.

11. Nacionalidad de profesores:
El estudiante entiende y acepta que la nacionalidad de los profesores puede ser de países de cualquier nacionalidad. Por lo que los profesores no serán obligatoriamente nativos de habla inglesa o francesa, pero sí serán profesores con certificada experiencia en la enseñanza del idioma.
