  • Timetable change
  • Rescheduled start date (intake)
  • Rescheduling of exams
  • Transfer of the course to a friend or relative
  • Group change
  • Justification for non-attendance
  • Formal complaint
  • Request to keep your registration ON HOLD (maximum term 4 months).
