French courses for early risers are aligned with the standard schedule in Canada: Toronto/Montreal from 9:00 to 12:00.
Time equivalence of your city or country to this standard time:
- Vancouver: 6:00 a 09:00
- Mexico City and Central America: 7:00 a.m.
- Colombia: 8:00 a 11:00

Strategies to take advantage of learning in the morning
To optimize French learning in this new schedule, we recommend some effective activities:
