Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

One-on-One Placement Test – Planeta Immiland Education

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

  • In the event ofa no-show without prior notice, the evaluation will be considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be applicable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of the academic coordinator.

  • In the event of technical issues or force majeure attributable to Planeta Immiland Education, a new date will be offered at no additional cost.
